Recipes for smoothies that actually aid in weight loss

PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA
- Half of one banana
- 1/2 cup smooth or crunchy low-fat peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of non-fat milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate whey protein powder
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
WATERMELON
- 6 cups of seedless watermelon, chopped
- 1 cup of lemon sherbet, non-fat milk, or low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 12 ice cubes
- Put half the watermelon in the blender and blend until smooth, then add half of the ice and sherbet; blend until smooth. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
KIWI AND HONEYDEW
- 2 cups of honeydew, cubed
- 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- Place the honeydew, kiwi, apple, sugar, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until it’s smooth, then add the ice cubes and blend until the mixture is slushy.
MANGO SURPRISE
- 1/4 cup of cubed mangoes
- 1/4 cup of ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup of mango juice
- 1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 6 ice cubes
- Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
APPLE
- 1/2 cup of skim milk or soy milk
- 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice
- 1 medium-sized, chopped apple
- 2 tablespoons of cashew butter
- 6 ice cubes
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend until smooth; best eaten with a spoon!
These all look so yummy! I think I’ll try the apple one first… or maybe the kiwi? but the mango peach looks so delicious!! oh no, can’t decide!

Someone on my dash a little while ago was talking about how they didn’t understand why everyone fixated on the Strider-Lalondes as tragic babies and less on the Egbert-Harleys as tragic? And I couldn’t figure out how to articulate the point that the Egbert-Harleys are just inherently less tragic, no matter what happens to them.
Because yes. John’s dad died and Jade’s grandpa died and she was raised by a god-dog and they both died (more than once). But

But Rose and Dave truly believe they’re expendable. They’re red shirts. They’re backup for Jade and John, their bodyguards and tech team and portable army. They believe they’re near worthless, not meant to be heroes. That they’re in the game and in this position of power by some sort of cosmic accident. Their Mom and Bro were born to be heroes, not them.
At least in my mind, Rose and Dave lack a certain amount of belief in their own self-worth. This is something that Jade and John don’t do. Jade might get upset, and John might have self-esteem issues sometimes (going by his wall scribbles), but they believe in themselves, and in their friends. They have hope for the future, I think, even when there seems to be no possible way out.
Rose and Dave know they are casualties of war waiting to happen.

Homestuck Land Test/Guide
So, it’s finally arrived!
First off, this is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the title test in the way this will work. In fact, this really isn’t much of a test. It’s more of a guide to creating a land based on your/your fan character’s personality.
As such, this is not going to give you a straight answer! You will have to use your imagination to create the actual land.
The test instead tells you the “feel” of your land and the quest of your land!
So, enough rambling, lets get started!

Your quest is to protect your land and the consorts from an impending doom! This could be a swarm of monsters, a plague threatening the life of the world, a monstrous storm, whatever!

Your quest is to bring life and energy back to a wasted and broken land! This doesn’t mean your land has to be dark and empty! There just has to be something missing that you will have to bring back.

However, one of the Lands words always tends to relate back to the Aspect. (Wind, Light, Clockwork, Frogs, Zephyr, Angels, Dew, Silence).
So, UNLESS YOU ARE A SPACE PLAYER, here is how you start:

Now, answer the question: Does this seem to be a word that fits in with the feel of my world?
If the answer is yes, put it is your first land word!

Now the remaining word can be anything you want it to be! If you need a quest word, think of a quest that fits in with your description that you might like to overcome and choose a word based on that. If you need a feel word,first think of a quest having to do with your 2nd word that fits with your quest description, then picture what a world with your quest and the feel would look like, and choose a word that fits the picture in your head.
IF YOU ARE A SPACE PLAYER:
You already have Frogs, which relates to your aspect and thus your first “Feel” word doesn’t have to have anything to do with Space. However, your “Feel” word will also relate to your alternate quest you got from your MBTI score, so think of a quest and a word that relates to it!
Example:
I am an animated builder, and an ENFP.
I really like the word Bells for a land for some reason, and bells often symbolize Hope!
But bells aren’t exactly warm and bright. Bells fits better as a quest word.
Now I need something that will make a land that is warm, bright, and fun!
First, I’ll think of a quest. I need a quest where I bring back energy and life to a land that has to do with Bells. What if the bells used to constantly ring and create music throughout the land until the denizen came and broke them all?
After a good amount of thinking, I came up with Celebration.
So, my land is the Land of Celebration and Bells! LOCAB.

Mine is Land of Clocks and Tide
With my imaginary quest having to do with manipulating time to get all the clocks and such in the land to do something to change so that a certain area of the land becomes accessible, it normally being inaccessible because of the tide.
